Do you return the sample charge?
Yes. Once mass orders are placed, the sample charge will be refunded at our first order.Ā
Do you make custom products?
Sure. We are good at developing and producing custom products. With custom colour, print, thickness, pattern, style, etc, we will deliver and present your ideas into desired neoprene products.
Can you identify the materials through pictures or video?
To be honest, pictures and videos are not a good way to identify the materials you want. It’s hard to tell the fabric type and neoprene sponge type through photos.Ā Therefore, we always suggest making sure the neoprene fabric type via sample tests.
How do you guarantee product quality?
All our neoprene materials comply with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH, 201 substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), with SGS certificate. We have a strict inspection procedure to assure neoprene fabrics have a stable and consistent performance.Ā
Do you offer free samples?
A4 size or so samples are free. If whole sheets or custom color is needed, a small fee has to be charged.
Do you offer free samples delivery?
Unfortunately, no. A small fee has to be paid, which can be refunded from the first order. Economical shipping is available to minimize the delivery cost. Please contact us for the real-time shipping cost.
