Traditional neoprene is extracted from petroleum and is believed harmful to the environment. While eco-friendly neoprene is made from recycled materials, which requires far fewer resources than that new fibers and generates fewer CO2 emissions. In order to satisfy the demands in the markets, we launched recycled SBR and recycled laminations. This sustainable neoprene is widely used in can coolers, bottle covers, tote bags, laptop sleeves, and much more.

Optional costs include printing cost, embossment, perforation, or waterproof glue, etc if needed.
The standard packages, individual opp bags, are free. If pallets or crates are needed, a small amount fee will be charged.

How is eco-friendly neoprene fabric made? Production Process
The below flow illustrates the production process of eco-friendly neoprene fabric.
Step 1Slicing Up
Slice up recycled SBR Sponge, from 40mm thick into the specific thickness of neoprene sheets, 0.8mm to 10mm.
Step 2Lamination
Laminate recycled fabric on both sides of the neoprene sheets with glue.
Step 3Inspection
Inspect the recycled neoprene fabric in terms of thickness, lamination, and dimension, to make sure products meet all the order requirements.
Step 4Packing
Pack all products in roll or on pallets as required. Ready for shipment.

What are recycled fabric and recycled SBR made from?
Recycled fabric is made from recycled plastic bottles, fishing nets, old clothing, etc, requiring far fewer resources than that new fibers and generating fewer CO2 emissions.
Conventional SBR is synthetic rubber materials, which are petroleum-based rather than latex-based. However, recycled SBR comprises recycled and pre-cycled materials procured from old tires.
What’s the difference between virgin fabric and recycled fabric?
There is no difference between virgin polyester and recycled polyester in terms of quality and physical properties. Recycled polyester is just as good as virgin polyester. While the latter replies on post-consumer plastic, which is more sustainable.
Can the recycled fabric be UV resistant or waterproof?
Yes, same as virgin fabric, the recycled fabric can have such functions after treatment. UV-resistant or water-repellent-proof fabric is widely used in outdoor applications.

What color do you have?
Currently, black and white is the regular color for recycled polyester and velvet. There would be a MOQ for tailored colors, while sublimation could be used for small quantities.
Various colors are available for recycled PU. Please drop us a message for the color charts.
Do you offer free samples?
A4 size or so samples are free. If whole sheets or custom color is needed, small fee has to be charged.
Do you offer free samples delivery?
Unfortunately, no. A small fee has to be paid, which can be refunded from the first order. Economical shipping is available to minimize the delivery cost. Please contact us for the real-time shipping cost.
